Balboa Park is San Diego's 1,200-acre urban park that features beautiful gardens, old trees, museums and performance spaces. In addition, the world-famous San Diego Zoo is situated there.

Balboa Park was the venue for two major world expositions: one in 1915 and another in 1935.
