San Diego Museum of Man

The San Diego Museum of Man focuses on the areas of human evolution, anthropology and ethnology.  The museum was originally called the San Diego Museum.

Visitors will enjoy an exhibit on the Mayan and ancient Egypt.  Among the museums 70,000 artifacts are a display of mummies.
