Coaster Commuter Rail

The commuter rail system is San Diego County is called the Coaster. The 41 mile light rail system runs from Oceanside in the north to Union Station in Downtown San Diego.

The Coaster train stops at the following stations:

2. Carlsbad Village
3. Carlsbad Poinsettia
4. Encinitas
5. Solana Beach
6. Sorrento Valley
7. Old Town San Diego
8. Santa Fe Depot (San Diego)

The cost of a ticket on the train ranges from $4 to $5.50, depending on the the length of the trip.
